Spectra Mobile Disco would
like to welcome you to our site. Through these pages we aim to provide you with
an insight into our History and experience.
We would like to make it
easy for you to feel confident when booking our services. If you are planning
any sort of entertainment you will find pages of information to help you make
your event a huge success. All the information has been gained by ourselves,
over four generations within the entertainment industry.
If we are unable to supply
the particular service you require we probably know of another reputable person
or company that can.

Spectra Entertainments
Spectra Discotheques was founded in 1969, in
Reading Berkshire.
During the 70's & 80’s the business grew as word spread about our great shows.
We have supplied DJ's for many companies including, Post
House, John Lewis, Woolworth, Ford, Zanussi, Many University's & the Student
Union, The Grosvenor House Hotel, The Hilton Hotel, The Sheraton Hotel.
In fact we have worked in most of the big London and local
Hotels.
Our business is the supply of Mobile Discotheque
Entertainment, mainly within the UK. However over the years we have worked in
many holiday locations and toured Europe.
We
relocated
to Brackley Northamptonshire in 2001 and now continue Spectra Discotheques in
this area. Since our move we have worked at a number of prestige functions in
the Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire area with great success.
We have been resident
Discotheque for all of the
hotel
functions at the Oxford Barcelo hotel since 2001 and have been rebooked for the whole of December
and New years Eve celebrations 2009.

also specialises in Marquee work and theme evenings, recently putting on Grease,
Hawaiian, Western, and 60’s / 70’s / 80's theme shows, as well as many
wedding
receptions.

Disc Jockeys. As such, we have all our electrical equipment regularly PAT tested
(Portable Appliance Tested) and carry Public Liability insurance.
